I just want to add to this thread. I've been stuttering for a while.
I've tried a bunch of things.
Fresh os Install 1903
Newest chipset, newest AMD Drivers
-AMD Ryzen 3800x
-Radeon 5700 XT Nitro+
-16GB RAM
I've tried the Standby RAM program, changing game priority, running as admin, disabling full screen optimizations. Turning Freesync off and on. blah blah.
You can see in the graph the CPU and GPU spikes, it really makes the game no fun to play.
Product not yet functional, a shame, you have to pay back the game.
