planes And tanks in battlefield V

Hello so i was wondering What level do you have to be to drive tanks and fly planes

All you have to do is when you go to spawn, those icons with the cog and propeller go to those.

How are people destroying planes so fast in btf 5, I get hit by a few bullets and dead, when I'm behind an enemy plane it takes longer even with good accuracy.?
