I was just in a good match and this happened. Ruined it. EA please hire some people who care. This has been happening
since day one.
I'm not familiar with this bug on PC platform.

Yes I'm playing on Xbox one. I saw the original poster had listed it as the platform of issue. Spawn in a plane, looks like it's going to load, spawn is crash screen followed by not being able to spawn anywhere. Complete restart needed.
