Platoon - Searching/Joining issue (Platform PC)

I am part of a small platoon; currently there are four members.  We are having an issue where one of our friends cannot find the platoon and/or join it.  He is on all of our friends list in Origin.  We all game using Battlefield V for the PC. He is able to see other platoons after clicking on "Platoons" in Battlefield V.  We have tried logging off and back on with no success.  There have been three platoon members active in Battlefield V along with our friend in Origin with Battlefield V loaded and he still does not see our platoon name in order to join it.

I recently added a new platoon member while we were chatting on Discord.  He is a friend in Origin and as soon as he clicked "Platoon", our platoon named appeared.  He applied and I accepted his membership request.  Any assistance in would be greatly appreciated.
