Playing in the Arabic version causes the game to crash please help us!

Product: Battlefield V
Affected Platform: Sony Playstation 4

Summarize your bug the game crashes if we play in Arabic language.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

1- Make sure PS4's language is set to Arabic (العربية).

2- Play the game in the Arabic language.

3- Play any game mode.

4- Wait till the match ends.

*this bug happens randomly, but mostly after the match ends.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes.
What should be happening instead? Only one thing happens: game crashes.

I want to speak on behalf of the Arab community.

 

Our local version is broken in Battlefield V! the game crashes if we play in Arabic version, and many players quit the game because of that error! How long will this problem remain with us?

    @EA_Atic  @EA_Blueberry Any news about fixing this error? We have been waiting for months! And we have run out of patience!

    We have suffered of this issue for a very long time! and you are losing many Arab players each passing day!

    We have contacted with Jaqub Ajmal, and he answered to our request. First picture. And the devs didn’t fix it even after months has passed! What a suffering 😭

    The Arab players are still asking me if they are ever gonna fix it or simply, ignore us! I have no answer! All I can say is to tell them to switch the Arabic language to English.

    Just look at the pictures. they aren't all the people who complained about it, but there are even more than you think!!

    Speaking on behalf of the Arab community, We hope you guys take a step and decide to finally fix this annoying error that it’s still remains with us to this day.
