playstation plus expired bug

Summarize your bug When I startup the game, the multiplayer is unavailable. It says that my Playstation Plus has expired. But thats not the case because my subscription expires in 2020. Also other multiplayer games work just fine. This accured after I installed the latest software update from Playstation.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the latest Playstation software and try to play multiplayer
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play multiplayer
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play multiplayer

Dear Sir, Madam,

This afternoon after installing the latest software update from playstation, I am not able to play BF5 multiplayer. It says that my playstation plus membership has expired however, I have a subscription till 2020 (as you can see in the picture) Other multiplayer games work just fine.

Can you please resolve this issue. It's really frustrating.

    I have a strange problem. If I want to go online in Battlefield V on my Ps4 the game keeps sending me to the PS Store to buy Ps Plus. The weird thing is that I already have PS Plus and my PS Plus ends in 2020 so the report of not having PS Plus is a bug. Now I can’t play online on Battlefield V... what to do???

    Restarting your console should get you past this issue.

    I’ve restarted 5 times and been tricked into buying an extra year of PS4 when this happens 2 weeks ago. My sub doesn’t expire until 09/2021! Fix your * EA. Sure af not buying any more of your *. All your games are so gd buggy! No one on customer support. Truly a * company destined for bankruptcy.

    I keep getting "Join Playstation Plus to play online multiplayer" message. I rebooted my console a few times. I ended up making another 12-month purchase. Now my expiry for PS plus is 14 Dec 2023. And I still get the same message and cannot join online multiplayer.
