can not find the mission

When i was upgrate the four classes to level 20 ,It stands to reason that the game should sent the master mission of the four classes to my account ,but i cant see it anywhere.I konw I can send an email or contact customer service.But I can't find where to get the address,or can I find EA's customer service.

    If you've confirmed that they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

    However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case. The steps you would need for this are:

    • Select the menu at the top and then the "See All" option next to "Help by Game".
    • Search for Battlefield V or select it from the tiles.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom. 
    • Follow the on-screen prompts from there.
