Please Check EA.com/Unable-to-connect for more Information ) and then Nothing

OK So a week ago on Friday i played BF5 and and the since Sunday  i could not play my game every time i go in game i need to restart the intro game and then after that i get a message that ( you lost...

     Since you have not even mentioned what platform you are playing on lets start with the basics:

I am getting the same error message.  When Playing Madden 20 on the PC.  Game will run for a while and then I get that error message.  This started happening about 4 days ago.

Let's try running through some steps to see if we can help out with this error. The best place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. 

If you're still having any trouble after that I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you can.
