Thanks for the reply, I appreciate your honesty and politeness.
I just find it highly irresponsible to not make ones products safe from obvious hackers.
I've seen players hacking for +6 months in a row and still being active.
The game has been like this since release and I would say refunds should be mandatory for those asking for it, seeing how this has been a massive and persistent issue since release.
Someone has to be held accountable for these decisions as it is ruining the industry, it's rewarding immoral and unethical methods to win and it is punishing those of us trying to play the game honestly and with whatever skill we possess.
I know I will never get a refund from these greedy trolls and hence I rant here, to make the staff aware of what kind of BS this kind of irresponsible and nonchalant business practice is.
It is, very much, unacceptable.
Thanks again though, have a nice day.
It's hard for a console player like myself to truly understand the full extent of the problem but I completely agree it's unacceptable how everything turned out; I just hope it's not so bad for the next title.
I can try to find the refund link for you but I'm 99.9repeated percent sure it wouldn't be feasible at this point (something like a maximum 14 days after purchase without downloads and stuff, not exactly user friendly but I heard these policies will be tweaked).
From a legal standpoint, EA can't really go into too much detail on who has been dealt with and future plans to combat the problem so again, unfortunately, we're only left with the hope that something is indeed being done.
I recommend making a post either in the regular forums or Reddit - Posts should catch more eyes for easier discussion

I understand the frustration,Myself took the conclusion there is nothing they can do about it. The worst cheaters I report. 127-2 cases. And when it is to obvious. The wallhacking noobs I don't even care about. There is not really a kill cam so get revived or skip revive and continue. I understand the community managers and think they have a good reason to close the topics from their point of view. Which is we cannot do anything about it. Let's keep the forum a friendly area and prevent a naming and shaming mentality. From my experience they are running the forum as good they can.
The reason I respond here is although I do not underline the way of communication in this post, is to at least show you are not alone. It is the reason I will stop play end of the year , or perhaps just go to 2 hours a week. I'm going to upgrade my graphical card and will also look to some older games like rainbow series, or perhaps red dead redemption 2. Although I understand closing the topics might feel like dust under a carpet. There is a complete silence about the improvements announced in June, and for a normal player there is not the feeling / experience progress has been made. On the side line we need to understand it was holiday season, covid 19, developers working on new projects.. Not to mention this as excuses but just how the business works.
As a player we should not make this personal, make indeed our own plans. There is more outside then BFV, although the game has some addiction.
