please un banned Battlefield™ V
three month can't play
I was playing my game in the middle of the game its restart automatically after i open my game they said i got banned . But i didnt do anything
Can you fix this please

Unfortunately account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team will need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. Please reach out to them when you have a chance so they can take a look.
For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help site. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

The TOS team would send their messages to the email address on the account. They wouldn't be able to send the emails to another address that isn't registered on the EA Account for security and privacy reasons.
If you're unable to access the email address on your EA Account the best thing to do would be to get in touch with the Account Recovery team. They'll need to verify the account with you and work on getting the email updated.
To set up a case with them fill out the account recovery form over at the EA Help website. The team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can. The form will ask you to provide an alternate email where they can reach you, so be sure to enter an address you can currently access.
