It is just self-delusion to think that, ban cheaters in a system that is already wide open to them. The only thing that will happen is that they will change their guise and play more calmly if they notice that they are being pursued too much.

299-1,56-3 or 21-1 What will change for you? If the numbers only look nice and clean but there is still cheating behind it and the cheater is also always on top and wins every time.
