'Product code Battlefield V not valid'

I claimed Battlefield V through Twitch Prime in early August, but now the product key doesn't work with Origin/EA.
He recognizes it as Battlefield V, but says the code is invalid.

Can someone help me with this please..??

Could be that the codes are expired or something, but that would be weird..

    @Dolfinn69 i just looked it up again and it's confirmed that these codes from Twitch expired on September 30th.

    So that date actually mentions the time until when you have to successfully redeem the Code on Origin.

    After that date it'll become invalid. Sorry

    @Its_Travis_199 i started with origin as i said, and tried ea portal.

    It was a code supposed to work on origin, but doesnt work there. I could claim it so i suppose it works in my region(have claimed 10+ games before that worked)
