Progression reset

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Company, Profile
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? all
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 04.11.2020 15:30
Summarize your bug All my profile/character progress is gone, company levels are reset to 0, weapon/vehicle levels are also reset, unlocked weapons/gadgets are still unlocked, but at level 0. Before i discovered the bug, i leveled up to 8.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game until it happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progression is reset.
What should be happening instead? Progression should start from where it was when i last played the game.

I don't know what to write here.

    Hey everyone, 

    The issue should now be fixed and may requires you to play a match for everything to come back. The lost stats and the new stats you gained since the issue happen should now been merged together. 

    If you do see still issues please let me know.

    help me please. the game for no reason reset all my stats (everything!). I was at level 194 and now I'm at 14. I have lost all weapon and vehicle ranks and can no longer switch specializations. What can I do? I had over 1000 hours of gameplay.

    Two days have already passed and nothing has changed. Even if I go to the "battlefield tracker" site it tells me I am level 14.

    Just FYI, I'm also seeing this on PC. I contacted support and they stated it was a known issue and they are working on it.

    This has just happened to me too on Xbox. It’s worth checking on battlefield tracker to make sure your stats are reset on there too. I’m sure this’ll be fixed eventually as there’re a lot of people who’ve been affected by this

    Hi Kent, thanks for raising this with the Bf team. I lost my progress today as well - note we upgraded to BT full fibre today and had a new hub installed - not sure if there is a connection?

    @EA_Kent Hi, I've got origin access from steam and playing game through steam + origin access if that info helps, my progression is also reset fyi,
