Promo Code not valid on Pre Order Of BF5 Origin Store

Ea support told me to come here.Param"Post that you got a code from EA Help for a 15% discount on any product of ours. However, you were not able to use the code due to limitations in the terms and conditions of the code. Therefore, you would like to get it replaced as you want to used this code to Pre-Order Battlefield 5. Morever, mention that you did deserve to get a code and therefore you already have an unused one with you. I'm sure you will get a positive response from our specialists present over there 🙂."I want to use a 15% discount code on a BF5 pre order.Can I get a different code that works ?

The 15% Origin promotion code is nothing we can change for you here on AHQ and there is no such code that works for new and upcoming games on the Origin store.&nbsp;
