Are you using HDR on your console or TV?
What version of HDMI is you video cable?
Can you test on another TV?

I reset both ends of my hdmi cable but it still does the same thing. I’m using a 4K cable and TV but even if I turn off HDR and change my resolution to 1080p it still doesn’t work. It does the same thing on my other TV

Hmm, that is odd. There is also the possibility your cable is damaged, can you test with a different video cable?

- Do you have automatic system software and game updates enabled
- Is your TV in 'Game Mode'
- I assume you have fully powered off the console and restarted it?
