purchase error
tried to purchase battlefield 5 dudring sale payement ends with error money debited from account, game is added to library but cant download tred to contact EA no help,just give me the game or refund my cas also there is nothing on order history
- Hi @kingash44 You'll need to try reaching EA Help again I'm afraid. There isn't anyone on these forums who can provide refunds or check purchases unfortunately.
I just had a look on help.ea.com and was given a live chat when I selected the "I want to check my order status" support option under Battlefield V.
