Summarize your bug When a game is end Cannot fetch result (game information) It causes the weapon unlock bug which is player can not unlock any weapon although we reach the level This bug had found on 9 month ago(or more) Many websites is discussing but this bug still not fix. I hope that EA can fix this bug as soon as possible

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After a gameplay complete
What happens when the bug occurs? “Cannot find user report error ID0” Something like that display on the screen
What should be happening instead? Cannot unlock any weapon any more

The upload time of those video are between the start of 2019 and recent.
i believe that if this bug is fixed, many leaved players will come back.
this is a serious bug that affect players experience in game.
Not only myself , all of my friends face this problem in game
