Random Ea account linked to psn

I’ve just downloaded battlefield v to my playstation after not playing an EA game since about battlefield 4, well when I clicked to play online I was given the message “it’s been a while since we’ve seen you, to play online all you need to do is change your password” but for some reason my psn is linked to an ea account with an email I’ve never seen before.

Then I tried contacting them through the email system where the only option that seemed relevant was hacked account, to which they responded telling me to sign into the ea account linked to my playstation. After I told him I couldn’t log on because it’s a random account, he emailed back saying there was nothing he could to help? 
 
So can I no longer play ea games on my playstation?

    Exactly the same thing has happened to me, the account link to my PSN is just a dropmail account which I’ve never owned. But from looking through the forums ea don’t seem to have any interest in helping with this issue they just link you to the link account

    help page which is * useless. Bunch of morons

    Yeah I even tried contacting them through the live chat and after about an hour of chatting later he says “we’ve managed to find an ea account linked to this Psn but we can do anything until we verify ownership of the ea account. 

    I lost a lot more than I thought to, about 600 hours of gameplay on battlefront, pvz garden warfare, everything I had just gone, I’m refusing to buy another ea product until I get my account back tbh.

    I have the same issue do you think if I made an entire new PSN account I would be able to link it to my actual EA account
