Ranked up FG42 to level 5, no proficiency mission or weapon part skin

Summarize your bug When I ranked up my FG42 to level 5, I left before the round was over. I assumed I would get the rank up rewards after playing the next round, however after several rounds the FG42 skin nor the Proficiency assignment were not rewarded to me. The skinned site reward that you get for ranking a weapon up to rank 5 also does not appear in the menu. I have tried restarting my game, restarting origin, and restarting my computer and I have still not been awarded with the rank 5 rewards.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
