Hey @birgucu  I had a look on the Uo-tracer before I removed it above - removed the ip in my photo below. 

Red is where the issue are, you are losing packed that means you are losing data while playing this is not good and means the provider has unstable internet and your network is also spiking is massive.  I would show this to your ISp and have conversation with them. 

% loss should be 0 or 100 

Ping should not spike 40ms or more then what the average ping - going up to 1k is really bad. 

You also have 104 avg ping to the hub outside your house (hop2) is really bad sign it should be around 20ms.
