I assume you created the emblem using the companion app? If so you should find the emblem in Profile>Awards>Emblems but this might take time for it to be available in game. Right now there is also issues with items not unlocking and stats/progress not updating which might affect emblems not going across.

As for Platoons I don't think there is an invite option. Anyone who want's to join will have to search and manually join.
