Re: Battlefield V black screen when launch and crash (can't play)

New information - found one windows update, and installing it right now.

Forgot to mention, i've modified the settings on "PROFSAVE_profile" to disable dx12, and nothing happens.

msinfo.txt upped here.

    Hey @CashKillerXD,

    Thanks for the information.

Can you please try these steps?

    1. Turn off Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher

    2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    3. Uninstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

    4. Run Origin and Battlefield V as Administrator

    5. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hey @iluminatethesky,

I tried all these steps and even tried to repair the game on origin, and nothing works.

I've searched for this issue and another guy had this problem, the solution was simply updating windows. It's a shame that for me didn't work.

I get it that maybe my system don't run bf5, but the game won't even lauch propperly, i mean, that's a bug.

I've played bf3 without trouble, and bf1 with a little bit fps laggy, but that don't stop me playing. BF5 i can't even play the game to see if the game gets at least 30fps or if it can't run.

@CashKillerXD Sadly BFV is more of a hog on CPU etc over BF1. Your system does not even meet min requirements this would be  why the game will not open for you. That is if google translate worked correct on your msinfo  file. your cpu is

    Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU G3240 @ 3.10GHz, 3093 Mhz, 2 Core (s), 2 Processor (s)

Min is 4 core and this will still play bad so this is why the game will not load for you sadly :/

    System Requirements BFV

Minimum Requirements: OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX-8350
    Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
    Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1050 / NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
    Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 560 / HD 7850 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50GB

    Recommended Requirements:
OS: 64-bit Windows 10 or later
Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i7 4790 or equivalent
    Memory: 12GB RAM

Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 580 8GB
