Tank shells not registering/causing only explosive damage

Summarize your bug Tank shells deal only explosive damage, and no impact damage. Dedicated AP shells cause no damage whatsoever. Server register the hits from the default shells, but I only get the explosive part of it, meaning my shells cause always the same amount of damage (depends on the target), regardless of angle, distance, or shot placement. Transports also take greatly reduced damage. After the latest update (13/02), sometimes, even the default shells fail to register (in particular, against heavy vehicles, like the Tiger or Churchill Gun carrier). Note that this is unrelated to the current behavior of 20mm/AA shells (they aren't damaging other tanks); I've been having this issue for a long time now, and, up until yesterday, it happened with ALL tanks BUT the light ones. It makes no difference which faction I'm using, or map, or gamemode. The issues occurs even in ideal network scenarios. Ping, packet loss or any other connectivity factor seems to have no influence on it. Repairing the game has no effect, nor does reinstalling it. Note that enemy vehicles can hit me for full damage without issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Shoot at a tank with other tank, except a light one.
What happens when the bug occurs? Virtually every time I fire a shell at an enemy vehicle.
What should be happening instead? Shells should cause full damage.
The bug comes and goes. Sometimes, I'll start a round with perfectly functional shells and, at a given moment, they cease to function properly.
