This fault appeared again in a few hours. In different maps, sometimes the game will be normal, sometimes it will flash, I think it should be the problem of graphics card driver and game compatibility. 

I will wait for the game and graphics driver updates to see if it can be solved. You can also submit this question to nvidia for them to resolve as soon as possible.

Today, I sent the video card back for inspection and replaced it with my 1070. There is no flicker at all. I think the phenomenon of flickering may appear more on the 2080 series.

MY 1070 is no flicker too , My graphics card manufacturer sent a new one to me, the problem is completely solved, the latest windows, the latest graphics card driver, if you are also a problem with the 20 series of graphics cards, try to detect or change a new one, like me.

returned my RTX2080 for RMA

supplier could reproduce the issue.

i've got it replaced in warranty.

played without black flickering so far..

without freesync compatible enabled tho.
