I had voip going through my monitor speakers. Fixed it:
Look in Origin settings make sure it is set to your settings.
Go into the Windows audio settings and disable all other speakers and mic's you aren't using.
This fixed the voip going through the monitor speakers and it works fine now.

I can confirm that this method works 100% on PC.
3 of my clanmates had the same issue and we looked through this forum and applied this method.
waalaaa, we all can hear each other now.
I was able to fix this by hitting WIN + G and learning the WINDOWS PRIVACY setting is blocking the mic. youy have to enable it for the XBOX parts...
