Battlefield V refuses to launch

Dear community,

I am having some major issues with the game not launching after anti-cheat is done and it says "joining game" from the launcher window.

I have literally done and checked everything, secure boot is on, i uninstalled and reinstalled EA-app, BFV and anti-cheat, cleared caches, ran everything as admin, still nothing, its a silent crash that brings me back to EA app without a report to show for it. 

I'm at a loss since no offered solutions are working, and can't find anyone else with the same problem.

when i googled the problem the last sentence the AI search provided me with was that an update of the anti-cheat could very well be the cause of this issue and that it won't beresolved until a new update or patch.

I'm hoping there's a much faster /easier way to play the game. 

PS: The game is linked to both EA-app and Steam as i bought the Definitive Edition through Steam.
