so played a while with medium settings but problem is still present. dosn´t seam to make a different.

If you play on Low, do you notice any difference?
To see how your PC is going you can run Task-manger while playing and you will see how your pc is performing.
In Origin you can run Origin overlay and add so you can see your FPS by
- Click Origin in the left corner.
- Click Application settings.
- Click Origin in-game.
- Look for During Gameplay.
- Dispaly FPS counter.
- Choose Top right or left.
Looking at your CPU that you linked is below the minimum for Battlefield V, what we recommend:

the strange thing is, that i played BF5 on ULTRA settings since release of this game, without any problems. problem occures since last update. thats a point which confuses me.
