That is a generic error code so if reinstalling has not helped, contacting our Advisors is suggested so we can look for a possible account based issue.

Hi there!
I have been having the same issue. Bought the the definitive edition on the PSN, but both my ps4 pro and ps5 crashes when it tries to login on EA just at the beginning before I can do anything.
