Thanks! but when i try to contact EA Help, They just redirect me to answers HQ. Any ideas of anything i can do in-game or in the game's files?
@FlepwesssYou just need to be a bit more assertive with them as they quite often do that, when this is something they 100% can assist with. Politely ask for your case to be escalated, if it's still open, and let us know here if they turn you away again.
I've already played for a very long time after hitting level 20 recon, yet I have not received the assignment. Second, I'm certain at least 100 people have contacted EA multiple times about it but there are still no answers?

ive tried everything in that part of the article but nothing is working i need some help and ive done basically everything that section of the article recomends and i want to be able to do my recon mastery! i think its the definitive edition that messed everything up and i really want to be able to unlock the stuff thats behind the recon mastery challenges.. (i play on PlayStation 4)
