Re: BFV Server Disconnected error - Battlefield V for xbox one

I have the same issues but I can connect say 1 in 5 servers. Just the other 4 servers won't let me giving the error attached in the image. Server disconnected. Connection to EA online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game.

Now this was fine until the last update this week. Have tried restarting console, modem. Tried clearing Mac etc... No luck...

Any other suggestions?

Not attacking u but u should choose better friends. Dice isnt ur friend and neither is Ea. Nice that u tried to offer up assistance but this is ea problem. If u on live and keep losong connection to game server its not xbox issue. Why do people think losing connection to ea server means ur connection is bad. U still on xbox live so whats wrong with connection. Port forward doesnt help nor does clearing cache or reinstalling game and factory reset of console. Its the game not u or ur connection. Good luc

That's exactally what I thought. I was playing the game happily for months then bam update and serious issues, I can't tell if there were any updates or hot fixes in the time before I tried a new modem but like you said, is he on server side, every other game I play on live was fine...

As I said, I tried the above proposed solution, but I'll go ahead and type them out again.

1. Check the servers - Xbox live is having no issues, again I remain connected to xbox live (party chat and other online features are fine)
2. Gamertag is linked to EA Account, always has been
3. Xbox is up to date with the most recent console update
4. Xbox live membership and payment information is correct and valid
5. UPnP is enabled and connection NAT type is OPEN

Per additional comments
1. Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Addres, Clear
2. Hard power down
3. Xbox unplugged from the wall outlet for at least a few minutes

@EA_Aticunderstood, and thank you for the help. I have a laptop and I can make any router changes you think might help troubleshoot. I've been using assigned ip and upnp (default) for open nat, but I could try manual IP and port forwarding if you think I should try it. Perhaps ea recommends specific ports other than what I see here:

Alternatively, I could set the xbox to a static IP and set it in my router's DMZ if you think that'd be better.

Those are correct ports for BFV and Xbox One in this case is always worth a shot opening ports for manual IP same with setting up static IP. 

The question around PC was if you could run a Uo-tracer and send it on to me 

For the fetch report issue was related to this: 

The issue with delayed statistics and unlocks have now been resolved.

We had an issue this weekend where the match reports were being processed slower than intended which we fixed but it took some time for the systems to catch up on all the past data.

it's a tool that pings an IP where it sends packaged to see the traffic between your PC and our server, we will be looking in terms of speed/packed lose and stability.

Both of those servers are spiking for you and has a higher average, what you can do is poke your ISP and explain that some of the routing servers they are using is causing delay/instability for you're online experience.

Maybe it is somehow the game or the servers causing the instability. I come up with similar results when I do a trace route and I'd be willing to bet most other people that are experiencing the same problems would come up with similar results also. There can't be this many people having the same problem and you guys keep wanting to blame our ISP's. it couldn't possibly have anything to do with how incomplete the game is considering all the other problems the game has. Of course every time I try to get help on the same problem either the thread gets locked or y'all try to say the problem isn't on your side so it must be your ISP. Shame

I am also having the same issue.   Game stutters then - bam- disconnected from EA servers.  I am still on Xbox live and can generally jump back into the game with my party.  It is frustrating and I hope for a resolution from EA.
