It's not entirely EA's fault (and its failed AntiCheat system), Microsoft is also guilty of releasing failed updates that end up breaking Windows.
I have tried multiple options to install the last Windows update with not success, and looks like this affects the LTSC and 2019 Server Editions specifically.
Anyone can try (under your responsability) the solutions in this blogs, but is not guarantee they work, and the game runs properly afterwards.
