Summarize your bug On October 31 I purchased both the Chapter 5 Booster Pack and the Premium Booster Pack. When entering the game, none of the content showed up anywhere, so I played a couple of matches to see if that would help. It has been 10 days after that and the content has still not showed up, I contacted Battlefield Support 2 days ago and they said it was showing up on my account from their end, but I told them it was not showing on mine. They said it was probably some "syncing" issue/bug between my account and the game and suggested I post it as a bug here hoping it will gain traction. Looking at the forums, it seems a lot of people are having the same problem or similar problems regarding the booster packs. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved so we can get what we paid for.
