Re: Character dark in customization screen

I have the exact same problem and this only started to occur with the release of chapter 5. My graphics card drivers are up to date and when turning off directX 12, the models show up dark when going into the character/vehicle customization screen.

Specs:

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600x

Graphics card: rx480

ram: 16gb
