@HungNgyen After doing some Googling, I believe that is a community run plugin in some regions (this post on the Steam forums has some info for example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2865734733). Something is triggering it for you from the sound of things, but I doubt anyone here can tell you the reason. The only suggestion I can think to make it to reach out to whoever is running the server you're trying to join to see if they can/will tell you.
