You can't fix it and neither can EA either, its a reoccurring bug that usually takes them atleast 2 weeks to fix.

Its coming up to 9 days with FA progress so far this time.

So if you're optimistic just wait another 5 days and they might of pulled their fingers out of their backsides by then, but I wouldn't count on it.
