@OttoVP  The memtest requires a USB drive. I currently don't have one and will have to test it at a later date. I use to have a temp issue and I found it was because the thermal paste wasn't completely covering and I had to redo it. Never had an issue since then with it though. I will get to testing those but until then if you have any other ideas as to why it could be happening I can probably get to checking those sooner.

  • @Altar187 you can do it old school: burn a cd! :D
    mind running a prime95 test (https://www.mersenne.org/download/) and see if it fails: bear in mind that will put your cpu to extreme load (read temps) so it's useful to monitor them! (hwmonitor)
    one more try you can do is trying playing with your case open
