- In the menu it's perfect, so I will not adapt my contrast just for the hangar.
I can't play with DX11 because on Narvik and Rotterdam i've FPS drops. Can I have an answer from a DICE dev or EA ?

We've seen some similar reports of this like the ones I linked below.
We are also keeping an eye on a similar one for Vega users below.

We recommend going to DX11 if you can as a workaround while it's being investigated.
I don't think having lower FPS is a viable workaround for this. The sole reason I use DX12 with my AMD card is to have better and stable FPS.

I get the exact same problem only when dx12 is enabled and disabling it drops my fps by 20.
rx580 + 16gb ram - @BareSluggish since then I upgraded to a 2070 and there's no problem with dx12 now. This is not a solution though
