You have an NVIDIA video card but I am seeing errors with Radeonsettings.exe in your Dxdiag.

Uninstall that Radeon software as follows, reboot and retry.

If the issue persists, try a clean install (via advanced install) of your NVIDIA drivers.

    @EA_Barry Ty for your reply. I uninstalled the radeon software and made a clean install of my nvidia drivers, also repaired the game in the origin client and the problem still persists. The same problem happens too in Battlefield 1, but it does not happen in Bf4 or other games.
