Re: Failed to connect to EA online, ps5/xbox

Good morning, I have an Xbox One Series S and have been playing BF V for over a year now. I keep getting an error message when trying to go online: "Unable to connect to EA Servers." I have tried clearing my MAC address, power cycling the Xbox, restarting the wifi router, disconnecting and then reconnecting the wifi network on Xbox, uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it. Nothing is working. I have no bans or suspensions.

I have had a similar issue since I started playing over a year ago, I'll get that message and when I try again it connects. This is the only time it refuses to connect under any circumstances and no matter how many times I retry. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
