Re: Failed to connect to EA Servers - Xbox One

Try this:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address

Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
Reboot the Network

Unplug the modem/router power for about 5 minutes to refresh the network. A fresh connection can help clear up most basic connectivity issues.

    This didn't work for me either.  I still get the same error: can't cannot to ea server.

    Because EA don't care about nothing . They make more excuses then Nothing . There customer service reps don't know nothing . I'm done messing with EA... There trash .. day 3 with out no info why I can get into the server and then the have about 3 ways they repeat and reapt on how to fix it insted telling you that there servers are trash !

    One solution that I found was switching to a different internet or a mobile Hotspot

    @MonsterKod3 This is exactly my experience. My game worked last week, no issues. Today, can't connect to EA servers. Spent some time troubleshooting with no results. I contacted support through chat and they had me go through it again. When I proved it wasn't on my end, they discontinued the chat. No way they will admit to this degradation.

    If you have any issues with Battlefield, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
