I can't connect to the ea severs. I'm trying to play battlefield 5 but when I try to connect to online, it says error 2000. It has been like this all day. I have already tried restarting my ps4 and closing and re opening the game. Nothing is working. The servers for BF5 says they are online. Please help
Hi, am currently experiencing the same problem on PS4. Restarted both PS4 and internet, checked for updates and nothing is fixing this issue.

PS4 Notice
“Disconnect the AC power cord from the electrical outlet only when the power indicator is off. If you disconnect it while the power indicator is lit or blinking, data might be lost or corrupted, and you might damage your system.”
Try disconnecting the power cord from the electrical outlet. Leave it unplugged for at least five minutes. Reconnect the power supply and press the power button. Then see if your problem has been solved.
