For me the cause of BFV minimising to desktop was the Gigabyte Aorus engine software running.
I closed the program then went in to Task Manager > Start-Up and selected it and clicked the Disable button to stop it from loading when Windows 10 starts.
Now I just manually launch Aorus once a week to check for updates and then close it again when done. No more BFV minimising to desktop.
Cheers.
OMG THIS FIXED IT FOR ME. i had to quit the stupid gigabyte app center
- @Carbonic Should I just work backwards from the most recent things I've downloaded until I've found the culprit?
