@Izayah1620 From when people reported this in the past, it was a case of having Xbox support remove the trial status from the account.

I see, so you would recommend I contact Microsoft or Xbox support to try and fix my issue then?
- @Izayah1620 Certainly worth a try. I'm not 100% about whether your Dad would need to do it, since it's his account, but it couldn't hurt to try.

Honestly, it indeed sounds like a good idea to contact Microsoft Xbox first, @ElliotLH, as it's their product after all (the Game Pass & Xbox Game Share). So it's indeed worth giving it a shot, @Izayah1620.
