Hackers redeploying entire server

Got to do something about these hackers.  One has a hack that redeploys everyone alive, and they just keep doing it repeatedly until it empties the server.

The past three days there's been an abovious cheater on 9 out of 10 EU servers, speedhacking around, killing through walls, redeploying etc, the game isn't playable anymore on PC and EA does absolutely NOTHING! There's a famous cheater that nicks Your_top_player that has been reported atleast 50 times the past days, but nothing happens. How EA can charge a fee for this game now is crazy! I really don't get it, because in 2042, BF1 and BF4 there's not this problem. I for one will NEVER buy another game from EA until they show that they can fix this.
