Cheers for the update!
Not that I'm aware of that you need to change. I'm assuming you are using display port on the monitor?
If you move the BFV document folder to desktop and then startup up the game. All the settings will be reset its to see if there any issues while the save files.
Also an update to day with the game, same issue?

Hi,
I also experiencing this issue (When enabling HDR, the game looks total washed out and overexposed)
HDR in others games (forza horizon 4, shadow of the tomb raider) runs flawlessly, no issues.
I have tried to reset the settings files, reinstalling my graphics card drivers (version 445.75)
Also have tired turning off HDR in game, and then turning on HDR in Windows 10, after that open the game and press alt+tab to minimize it, then alt+tab again to restore it.
My specs:
I9 9900K
RTX 2080
My sceen is a Samsung C27HG70 Curved - 600nits
Is there a fix for it?

Experiencing the same overexposed washed-out color intensity as well. It's almost as if HDR is set way to high in this Game.
I have the same the issue. I have the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP MAXX graphics card and an ASUS - ROG Swift 27" IPS LED 4K UHD G-SYNC Monitor with HDR. It is so bright, it is difficult to use.

I have the same issue. When turning on HDR, the colors are majorly over saturated and look nothing like they should. This is happening in Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, and Star Wars Battlefront 2.
All other games that are not on the Frostbite engine look great in HDR.
Bois i have the fix. Turn your game on borderless mode instead of fullscreen. It worked fine for me.
NO this is not a fix if you use something else then full screen HDR does not work so it might look better but HDR is disable in borderless and windowed
- @EA_Atic Same issue here!
- @WaterYoungDong Well this actually worked, temp fix i guess but I still don't see the advantage of using HDR lol maybe just me and my monitor FPS mode setting
- @WaterYoungDong Neverminded that didn't fix it, it allows HDR to be on AUTO but not really one, now the monitor doesn't detect it
Yeah, it basically just disables HDR. Its ridiculous that they won't address this issue
