Is it unlocked for you since the latest update and have you claimed everything from the Armory?

I've definitely claimed everything from the armory. However, haven't started the game up since the update today. Will check when I get the chance.
- @EA_Blueberry I logged on and its still locked. If I look back through the Answers HQ I find people who have had similar problems back in November........but shouldn't stuff like this be fixed by now?

Other Battlefield players have been experiencing this as well and the team is still investigating. We've seen reports the weapons have unlocking once reaching rank 20 for the class, but not for everyone. We apologize you've been impacted and we'll continue to relay these reports up to the team to aide them.
@EA_Blueberry After reaching Support Rank 15, it unlocked. Thankfully I can now play with the gun but the bug is definitely still worth looking into.
