Yeah. I do use NVENC H.264. and in the games settings I have the frame rate limiter set to 200 because it was part of an optimization guide I watched. I'll try it with limiting 60 in a few minutes

    Setting the framerate limiter to 200 makes sense for recording when you have the extra CPU power to do it. BFV however easily uses up to 6 cores and your CPU has 4 so, in this case, limiting your FPS to somewhere comfortable below your medium FPS will give you some breathing room for your CPU to handle the recording as well. 60 FPS is probably too low but if it works it will give an indication that this is where the problem lies and that we are on the right track.
