The Battlefield team posted this response in the known issues thread.
After checking I still do not have any more than I did after I hopped off yesterday. It does appear I am able to earn more through gameplay now but I have not received any beyond that. Is there something I need to do otherwise?
I'm having this same issue, xbox one deluxe edition player and I'm maxed out at rank 50. I did not get end of round coins or rank up coins

The Battlefield team provided an update on this recently.
Notable Update: Updated the Company Coin Retroactive Award
Company Coin Retroactive Award (to be completed)
Status: We’re currently investigating a proposed fix that will retroactively award players who reached Max Rank 50 prior to the recent Max Rank 50 Company Coin accrual fix (the previous issue did not allow Max Rank 50 to accrue Company Coin anymore). This retroactive award will credit player inventories with the appropriate Company Coin for time spent in game at Max Rank 50 where players were not receiving new Company Coin. Apologies on previously communicating that the retroactive award was processed – there was a miscommunication between teams. Thanks for the understanding.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play I don't receive the company credits it says that I earned. Super Annoying and disappointing.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the time since I hit lvl 50
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving company credits!!!
After hitting level 50. I'll play a game and it'll say I earned about 2,000 company credits or so depending. However when I return to the screen. I don't have any credits. This is a massive issue, I cannot upgrade any of my stuff, (tanks, guns, planes, etc...) This is SUPER annoying. It has brought my progression to a standstill. I'm very disappointed this hasn't been fixed because it's been going on for a couple weeks at least now, I figured it would be fixed by now. Please look into it because it's very frustrating for me.
Is there any eta on this for January? I have unlocked all the weapon and vehicle specializations and I’m I can’t apply them due to lack of cc.
also please make the medic relevant again, I don’t remember the last time I saw more than two or three medics on any 64 player server

Summarize your bug I spoke with Sorav of the Customer support team (after numerous attempts to connect) And he directed me to include my Case number and situation here, and request a retroactive reward for the Company coins i'm missing. He checked with the team and said that I have not been receiving my rewards since level 20 (supposedly) and I'm basically missing all the coins I'm supposed to have received past level 20? Which is like..30k or 40k coins. It's impossible to play the game without weapon upgrades and I'd like to use all the other weapons that are available rather than the same one over and over -- Can't do that because I don't have any CC. I haven't been receiving company coins for a LONG time, and you NEED them to progress weapons, vehicles, and EVERYTHING NICE in the game, including cosmetic. I'd really just like to get my 30-40k coins so I can actually upgrade my vehicles and favorite weapons some!

Summarize your bug Essentially I'm not earning any additional company coins, and when I do manage to earn some the company coin stock that I did have before the most recent patch is depleted without me spending them. I went from 651 company coins before my most recent game and as soon as I exited out to spend them because the game said I gained 200 cc from the match, I found that I only had 51 company coins. This is making it frustrating and impossible to use new guns which I would very much like to use.

Company Coin Accrual at Max Rank 50
At max Rank 50, players are not properly accruing Company Coin. Apologies for misinforming you that outstanding Company Coin issues have been resolved with a recent proposed fix. It's apparent that this is not the case.
Status: We are currently investigating the issue further to identify the root cause. Once we've found a fix we will inform you of a fix ETA. We're also investigating retroactive awarding the Company Coin you may have missed while being Rank 50."

When a player at Career Rank 50 finishes a round they are awarded a predetermined amount of Company Coin for the Score they ended the round with. For example, currently ending a round with a Player Score of 500-999 will net you 25 Company Coin, ending with a Player Score of 1,000-1,999 with result in 50 Company Coin, and so forth.
