yes I contacted EA support last week and they just told me to keep playing and the rewards would unlock
since then I've gained 3 support levels and 4 regular levels but the rank 8 rewards are still locked
I've made sure not to quit early and I've stayed until the next round began

it's all "War in the Pacific" synchronization launch problems, after that evening all working fine again, but missing stuff still locked. i hope they can fix it

I’m having the same problem with the support class. I’m currently rank 11 and haven’t unlocked the bren machine gun or the machine gunner combat role.

Is there anything you can do here? This bug has been in the game six months (I didn’t play then, but I can read forum posts). 

As it currently stands for me, I’m missing weapon unlocks, class roles etc. So basically, what is the point in playing? Support don’t want to help, as they give you the usual ‘we can’t fix this’. Yeah, but they can supposedly, as you keep referring people to them.

Im missing weapons, class roles, weapon parts, vehicles, outfits - basically half the games content is unavailable to me due to this bug. I must be missing at least 20 different items so far, not to mention doing the story node assignments are giving zero xp towards the war of the Pacific campaign. No doubt I’ll get to the final reward only for it to not unlock. And, zero coins from my daily operations today.

we are told to contact support, who do nothing, and are told to finish rounds (like that’s gonna help) - for the record, I never quit mid round.

It’s just a bit of a joke really.

ive no idea why we have to go through a publisher when it’s something on the developers side.

I am having the same issue. This is frankly ridiculous. I also am not able to send a report to them it keeps telling me to look at the FAQ without being able to contact anyone. I cleared the Cache as well and got nothing for it.

I have an issue where my career and class ranks are at the right level to unblock new vehicles, weapons, and gadgets but its locked for some reason. It even shows in the class and career progression that its added to my company but when I check its locked for me. Also, this is another issue but after each match it shows could not fetch your report. 

Same thing here,i contacted EA support and they told me to just keep playing the game?!?

I reinstalled battlefield and origin , also cleared Origin's cache from AppData and ProgramData. Can we at least get an ETA for this fix?

If I had to guess, I think that those of us who are already at or past level 9 recon don't have it available since it only triggers when you reach level 9. Or, it's that those of us at level 20 won't get it because the unlock may only check that you are at or beyond rank 9. Please fix and unlock the kunai.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be at level 20 Recon. Check your recon load out and find the Kunai throw knife. Repeat when recon class is at level 9 and level 10.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will be locked when you're already at level 20 Recon. It may trigger an unlock once you reach the next level, if you're at level 9 or higher already.
What should be happening instead? It should already be unlocked for everyone at or beyond rank 9 recon.

We all have problems unlocking our new guns etc , this happend after the update yesterday and still not fixed , i am lvl 13 assault but lvl 10 and lvl 13 guns havent unlocked for me yet .

I have unlocked the Bren gun and the Lewis gun along with the machine gunner class but have still not revived my rewards I would like some help on reviving the weapons

Summarize your bug I am medic level 13 but for some reason my MP28 (level 10) and EMP (level 13) have not been unlocked. I did not leave the game after unlocking any of them but have only just realised this bug after levelling up two more levels.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get sad. I’ve wasted time levelling up in this class for nothing. I am unable to equip the weapon in the armoury or during a game.

Summarize your bug After the recent update, my progression stats no longer display post-game. I have tried completing several rounds of different game modes, but by the end of each, the screen loads and then it says "could not fetch your report", followed by "Report id used was 1203004989743531968". This is true for all the tabs in the post-game menu. Moreover, none of my achieved guns, gadgets, as well as other features are being rewarded, even though I have successfully levelled-up and reached the corresponding rank in the relevant classes. For example, the Bren Gun and the Machine Gunner Role was supposed to have been unlocked upon reaching rank 8 for the Support Class, but I am now rank 9 and yet I still have those items 'greyed-out' in my menu. The game is still telling me to wait for the "next round", but nothing has changed even after multiple games.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have tried quitting out of the matches, onto the main menu, and checking the armoury. I have tried restarting the game, as well as my computer. I have tried adjusting settings on origin according to various other online forums, such as turning off "cloud saves" and refreshing the launcher. All of it has unfortunately not been able to solve the problems at hand.
What happens when the bug occurs? I just purchased this game a few days ago and I am immediately hit with this major update that has rendered multiplayer virtually unplayable due to bugs. I can no longer enjoy the game, because all the time I had spent on grinding feels pointless now. I understand patches take time to implement, but please make sure issues like these are not constantly infringing on our experience as players. I am honestly very disappointed in all the errors that has come with the latest update without any support from its developers.

Achieved items from level progression are not being unlocked & end-of-game report stats not displaying.

I had reached lvl 20 for the Medic class and I haven't been able to use the Thompson or attempt to complete the Medic Mastery Assignment because they're locked for whatever reason

Same goes for me as support, reached level 16, but no Webley nor FG42....
