Hey, having similar issues but with me it’s in my Xbox one x .... and all my classes don’t unlock weapons or gear at level 10 character right now. Only have the first 2 weapons in every class. I have no issues with my ps4 (level 35)profile which is where i originally start playing BFV .... Are you using the same account on both your ps4 and pc with the same email? I think that’s the issue. Even the battlefield 5 companion app doesn’t log me into my Xbox one profile, when logging in with my email address. Always my ps4 account.
